Sam attained a Bachelor of Law from Egypt. He was engaged within large legal firms to which he forged great alliances and successfully worked many cases both independently as well as being part of legal teams. In 2006, Sam emigrated to Australia and began a series of work experiences. He began various business ventures and gained knowledge and a solid professional foundation and a reputation as a leader.

Sam is a well experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Budget Management & Analysis, Resource Management, Training & Coaching. More recently Sam has led a number of international real estate strategies and transactions, managing a team of regional managers both in Australia and overseas.

As a Business Broker, Sam’s responsibilities primarily included: Site inspections, client management and liaison, new client development and staff management and performance reviews, staff recruitment and training, roster development and implementation, company marketing and management techniques.
